Personal data: any information relating to the identified or identifiable individual (data such as telephone number, e-mail address, IP address can also be regarded as personal data; Benefit Systems collects only your first and last name and the MultiSport card number).

The Data Administrator may be a company or an individual processing the personal data. The Data Administrator is responsible for the security of the data and their processing. Benefit Systems is the administrator of the personal data of sports card users, and processing of the data is necessary for the provision of sports services under the MultiSport Programme.

Benefit Systems meets all the requirements for protecting the personal data of sports card users, imposed on the Personal Data Administrator by the Personal Data Protection Act in terms of data protection.

The personal data are processed by Benefit Systems solely for the provision of sports services under the MultiSport programme. Pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Act, as part of the processing of personal data the Data Adninistrator can collect, record, store and organise the data. Moreover, Benefit Systems may collect your e-mail address and telephone number for any purpose other than the implementation of the agreement (sending the newsletter, promotion and marketing of services, sending commercial information, improving the quality of services).

You can withdraw your consent – you just need to ask the Data Administrator to delete the data. However, it will result in the deactivation of your sports card and the inability to use the sports and recreation services.

Currently, at zgody.kartasportowa.pl you may consent to the Benefit System's processing of your personal data (first and last name, card number) necessary for the implementation of sports services under the MultiSport programme. Additionally, on the website you may grant your marketing consent that allows Benefit Systems to contact the users, e.g. to send MultiSport newsletters, for the purpose of promotion and marketing of services, sending commercial information or improving the quality of services).

By granting the marketing consents (additional consents not to be confused with the consent to the processing of personal data) you allow Benefit Systems to contact you, e.g. by using the MultiSport newsletter published by the company Benefit IP Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością spółka komandytowa. This means that no other third-party entity will use the provided e-mail address except for Benefit Systems and Benefit IP Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością spółka komandytowa.

The campaign supporting Marek Kamiński Foundation ended in the middle of July. Currently, at zgody.kartasportowa.pl Benefit Systems has been collecting the consents of sports card users to the processing of their data (first and last name, card number).
